Watermelon & Cantaloupe Salsa

This refreshing melon salsa is like dipping your chips into summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, minced (membrane & seeds removed if too spicy)
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the items into a mixing bowl and gently stir ingredients together and serve right away or cover and let chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 6
